Here we find the less cosmopolitan, down-to-earth people with unspoiled hearts. It features beautiful green landscapes and lies at the river Parana. I had the pleasure of being shown around by the former world tennis champ (in the age class 40-45, that was). As it was weekend when I was there he brought me to a great club called “Mr. Anderson”. Packed with people and playing a mix of latin music, including salsa. Lucky me !
