There I was in the Pampas with cows, cows and more cows. I visited a Chakra with feedlots. My attempt to get to see the inner workings of a slaughter house were not successful. My disappointment was quickly stemmed when presented in the evening with the most abundant meat-dinner that I ever had the pleasure to participate in. Note that this dinner took place after a rather sumptuous lunch with a nice chunk of meat.
